Not even 2 years old and our freezer is completely broken/not freezing. Icemaker does not work either, and customer service is the worst!

Nice looking refrigerator with many issues. Have had this unit for a few years now and get frustrated with it almost daily. Main issue is constant freezing of the drain which causes water to settle on bottom shelf under crisper drawer. This then freezes which makes the crisper drawer impossible to open. Have defrosted and cleared drain multiple times but apparently no way to solve the problem. I have had several repair companies here but the issue keeps repeating. I also don't care for the bars under the shelves, it really limits storage.
