Almost a $3k fridge and didn't even last three years. Narrowed it down to a problem with the cooling system, leak in the freon, therefore it doesn't cool anymore. Been going back and forth with Bosch customer service for over two months and the fridge still isn't fixed yet. They have been horrific to deal with, do not say what they are going to do, never call you back, and charged us $130 for nothing. Still attempting to get it fixed through them because it is a very costly fix with an outside technician... they told us we would be better off buying a new fridge

Our refrigerator is hardly 5 yrs old and it started forming ice on the back panel. When it came to repair, we realize Bosch brand is something we must avoid in future. Firstly Their service visit will take at least 1month. Secondly they had so much communication gap. Lastly rude personnel on the other side of the phone.

I love my new Bosch. This is my first french door fridge. The inside is nice and roomy and the easily adjustable shelves allow you to store tall items with ease. The middle crisper drawer is genius. I didn't think I was going to like the freezer drawer but the 3-tiered slide-out drawers make items easy to reach and keeps frozen food organized. I love it. The round ice cubes are a great touch BUT... it takes FOREVER to make them. We recently emptied the ice and despite being on day 4, we only have about 1/2 a bin made. Other than that it's a great fridge and I'm thrilled we chose Bosch.
