I bought this washer after having fought with an LG brand for years. It used to take me forever to do a load of wash, since the bells and whistles of the fancy LG led to poor results. My machine was always uneven and always stopping. I went back to the basics. I reliable agitator washing machine. I love it! The cycles run straight through, no issues, and my clothes seem cleaner. The first day I got it, I did SEVEN loads! (It would have taken me a week to do 7 loads on my old machine.) Couldn't be happier. (Note: we also looked at a Speed Queen but opted for the less expensive machine that seemed to win in a head-to-head match with the SQ.)

At first, I loved this washer, before I realized that the Normal cycle (half fill of water) only washes with cool or cold water. I cannot get warm or hot water washes with Normal cycle. Normal cycle also only give about a 7 minute wash, not enough for very soiled items. Warm or hot water is only available with Powerwash, Bulky, or Mixed cycles; and the hot water isn't tap hot, it has been cooled with cold water. Also the rinse cycle after those wash choices is only two minutes long. Not enough in my opinion for a full wash load. Wish I could reprogram the blasted thing to do what I want, instead of what the computer wants to do.
