I bought this about 5 weeks ago, Still making adjustments with going from Non Convection cooking to using the Convection feature. The Pre-Heat time is Awesome, only 5-6 minutes to get to 350-400 Preheat! Great timing!

These ovens replaced an ancient single oven in our house. I absolutely adore these ovens, and they have performed beautifully without a single problem. I'm so happy with them that I regret not buying the Frigidaire Professional model that has the same functions as this Gallery oven plus Slow Cook and MyFavorites options.Unfortunately, I forgot to remove the oven racks before cleaning the lower oven, so they no longer slide in and out of the oven nicely. I wish Frigidaire offered replacements on its website, but I haven't been able to find them in Parts/Accessories.

pick the oven out when we purchased our home. Since moving in I've has issues and just called for service. Bottom doesn't brown and the quick preheat say you enter 350 when the buzzer goes off its actually 120 degrees lower. pizza browns on top but not bottom. Hoping after service it will do better. guess we'll see.

Its shiny and new and clean and works as advertised. But it doesn't pre-heat as fast as the 14 yr old Kitchenaid that died on me. Although, it does have a fast-preheat setting that I haven't used yet.

Got this oven to replace a 12 year old Kenmore Elite.that worked well until the fan needed to be replaced and the part was no longer available. These ovens have a sleeker look, meat probe, different levels for cleaning and a smudge proof touch screen that really doesn't show finger marks. The only con so far is the rather loud upper oven fan that stays on for quite sometime and blows warm air into the kitchen. So far, we are quite satisfied with the performance of the ovens.
