Originally, I did love my new Electric Double Wall Oven. BUT, after 2 1/2 years and minimal use, it appears the heating elements behind the oven liners have caused the finish on the oven liners to bubble. Because the lining cannot be 'replaced', this issue cannot be resolved without purchasing a whole new unit, looks like to the tune of $2,600 plus installation. If an oven cannot hold up under very minimal use, there is no reason to spend this much money on a unit. The Frigidaire customer service agent was not helpful whatsoever, and I would venture to say that there was no Customer Service delivered during the phone call with Frigidaire. This is VERY disappointing and for future appliances, I will not consider Frigidaire.

We bought this oven a month ago and I absolutely love it! The design is beautiful! Love the smudge proof stainless steel and the touch pad controls! Has great features for baking, convection and broiling! We compared many brands and found the Frigidaire Gallery the best value!

I have had nothing but trouble with this unit, and have had several service calls since it was delivered in Sept. of 2018. The top oven fluctuated 69 degrees when set at any given temperature (temp swing taken BY repair man with industrial equipment), and the first repair man told me this was acceptable. I had another repair man come out and in January 2019 the entire motherboard was replaced, as was the probe and all other electrical parts. It worked great for about three weeks, and has continually been getting hotter each time I use it. Now the top oven is between 30-35 too hot, and the bottom one is up to 15-20 degrees too hot. I've been told to adjust it, which I have done, but it just keeps getting hotter and hotter. It bakes hotter at the back of the oven than at the front, so cookies in the back have darker edges than ones in the front. I've tried different cookie sheets, using different rack heights, parchment paper/silicon cooking liners....nothing makes a difference. Frigidaire says this unit doesn't qualify for a replacement, although I can barely use it. I'm not sure what else to do except call for repairs every month until someone finally gets fed up with me being a pest.

I really like the oven. It bakes evently and has all the deutete ones could wish for. Yet after the first self clean circle the oven broke and it took the technician 2 weeks to get it fixed. I am very disappointed about the quality of the product. My old oven was from 1994 and never broke.
