I bought this fridge around a month and a half ago. We’ve had it for about two weeks. (We actually have the 28.5 cb ft one) it seems ok. The water Ice dispenser when you press them manually are very hard to press and it does not keep the filtered water cold at all.

I chose this refrigerator because it did not have water dispenser and ice maker, which there are very limited choices on the market. I purchased the fridge at Home Depot and when the fridge went dead I spoke directly with Whirlpool. I was happy that the rep was easy to communicate with but she had me worried if the repair would be covered under warranty. She said the tech would decide. The soonest a tech could be scheduled was 1 week (there was no concern over loss of food) and when the tech determined the control board was bad (thankfully under warranty) it'd be another week to receive the part. It's working now and hope there's no further issues.
