We bought this refrigerator as a replacement for a higher-end refirg - primarily out of budget concerns as the pricing at Loews for this refrig was a good price. We have been disappointed ever since. Food and milk stored on the left-side of the refrig get frozen after a few days of storage. We've had to replace 4 door bins that have broken during normal use. A glass shelf shattered last week after being taped by an edge of a wine bottle while placing it into the refirg ( replacement part around $100). Most annoying is that the freezer bins constantly fall off their brackets when pulled out because they are too narrow. This refrig turned out to be anything but economical.

bought this a year ago, never happy from day 1. Ice gets clogged and comes out all at once, all over the floor. It is smudgeproof, which I love. Fruit draw and door bins are thin and break easily. I need to replace 2 of them but cannot find items online, even with model #. Dishwasher doesn't dry dishes, my friend also bought same model and has same problem. Stove and microwave are both working fine but i probably wouldn't recommend this product or buy it again due to the fact that 2 of the 5 pieces purchased have flaws from the start. I hate continually picking up ice all over the floor or paying 45.00 for replacement water cartridges. and getting fruit out of a cracked bin, or not enough door bins because they break.

Nothing fancy, typical ice and water dispenser.But the stainless finish is beautiful. They really mean "stainless" it is finger proof and easy to clean.

Bought this 2 1/2 years ago fro over $1200.00 and it has already died on me. I have cellphones that have lasted longer than this. I did not buy the "extended 3 year warranty", but I just assumed it would last longer than that......how wrong I was. Not worth my investment
