Enjoying the GE Profile features, both the expected desired ones such as the in-door ice cube maker/dispenser, and the unexpected: the hot water dispenser/Keurig K-cup coffee brewer -- don't drink coffee but enjoying the instant filtered hot water. Many thoughtful details: tilt-out bin on inside of freezer door, pull-down tray on refrigerator door, useful lighting, pull-out tray to help steady larger containers while using ice & water dispenser on refrigerator door, etc. Most important, so far, it has been reliable.

Replaced a faiLed competitor fridGe (failed 5 months after warranty expired). Terrible timing just before the holidays - This fridge matches my other GE appliances, looks amazing! I have not used the K-Cup features, yet. This fridge is VERY quiet, even with the Turbo Cool feature enabled. One feature I didn't notice in the specs that I thought was nice - when dispensing water, it shows the number of ounces dispensed.

Keurig feature works well. Great idea. Easy to use. Fridge cools well/fast and ice/water all works great. Although water flow rate is much lower than LG and water can drip here and there after you fill a glass . It takes a long time to fill a glass with H2O (compared to LG). The Ice maker container should be clear, so you can tell/see if ice is sticking inside of it. GE/ (at least this fridge/model) does not engineer the features as well as LG and others. GE does not seem to use actual food/drink items to make sure things fit. Door barely fits two milk jugs (have to twist them some to fit). Butter compartment will only fit one stick box and one small tub. The butter compartment is also hard to open (lip is too small). The fridge also needed a very good cleaning prior to operation (lots of grease and grim left over from manufacturing).

very unhappy. product arrived and it had dents all over the doors. Delivery driver said he couldn't leave it for someone to come out and replace door. Called GE and they said the driver should have left it and someone could come out and fix the door. Second try the fridge had a broken seal. Third try was the charm. Overall an incredibly frustrating process and customer service is a joke.

This refrigerator has everything....ice/water dispenser as well as a Keurig coffee dispenser, not to mention roomy top refrigerator and spacious bottom freezer. VERY HAPPY with my purchase.
