The fan in the upper oven is so loud you can't have a conversation while you cook.

I lake many features of this product but am surprised at how long it takes to preheat. I also don’t think the baking temperature is not correctly calibrated since the first few items we cooked had burned on the bottom. Since then we have reduced the cooking temperatures by 25 degrees.

I bought my ovens during a black Friday sale this year at Home Depot. I got a great price, however the first oven that was delivered was defective so I had to go through a month long ordeal to finally get a working one installed and delivered. Once installed and properly working, the ovens are great (outside of the extremely loud cooling fan, but you get used to it after a while). Frigidaire was very prompt and helpful when dealing with the issue though so kudos to them for the great customer service. Made me feel a lot better about my purchase. Home Depot on the other hand is the worst to deal with when purchasing appliances so I highly recommend you shopping around and buying these ovens from anywhere else.

I bought this oven along with all gallery appliances for our new homes kitchen two years ago for $2800 (including tax) and now neither of the ovens work correctly and do not stay warm. After reading online reviews it seems a common problem with these ovens. Should get much better dependability out of a $2800 oven. Will not preheat to correct temp and does not maintain any temp! Convection fan runs in regular oven mode! Will not purchase or recommend any Frigidaire products to anyone and I will let these problems be known to the whole web so no one else wastes their hard earned money on junk!
