We like your product but, the operating instructions are horrible with no illustrations on the operating procedures. Whom ever wrote this didn't take into account that some of us need more visual instructions. What buttons to use. I did not find a place online for our questions either.

We chose this model because it allowed more space above the cook top in our existing cabinets. It is however 2 to 3 inches deeper from the wall than most models making it difficult to reach the cabinets above. After two months of use it is now making a metallic noise when running. Additionally we have not learned to use the settings in order to prevent overcooking numerous dishes. Many things become scorched or toughened at the edge.

I bought this microwave a month ago and love the look above my Whirlpool range. The low profile gives me so much room to us my range top. And the light and fan just add so much convince. The microwave is so modern and has great settings but is roomy and holds a variety of large dishes in a small space. Love it. So glad I chose it to go with my other black stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.
