This was a relatively easy replacement for a 22 year old Profile GE microwave. We purchased the frame to complete the finished look. We are having problems with the top 2 screws at top of the frame to complete the attachment.

The oven looks nice. I wanted white. The button to open the door requires an excessive amount of force. If one has arthrities or a bad shoulder, you wouldn't be able to push it. The noise when opening is loud, and when shutting the door, the noise is loud enough to wake the dead, with a click like banging a nail with a hammer and a loud metallic clang from the door. My old profile was quiet and easy to operate. This one and requires two fingers plus body weight to push the button.. Horrible. The beeping is not bad at all, but the door latch is awful.

I am very pleased with the look of this appliance as well as the features. It also has a lot of room inside and I like the rotation feature which cooks your food evenly.
